How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 Business Days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 Business Days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders $50 or more ship free within the United States.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from my small studio in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to select international countries. Available shipping destinations will appear at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please contact your local post office first. If you still need help, reach out through the contact page and I’ll gladly assist you.
ORDERS
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, you may need to contact USPS to request a redirection.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure your return is processed properly, please contact us before mailing any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Personalized or custom-made items if applicable
• Digital downloads
• Imperfect Treasures, including items sold at a discount due to disclosed minor cosmetic imperfections or printing errors
• Clearance, Seasonal or limited-release collections
• Gift cards
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.
