At Tiff by the Tide, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared with attention to detail and the highest level of care. As a small business, we truly value every order and kindly ask that you review our return guidelines before completing your purchase.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and the reason for your return request. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our end.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items if applicable
• Digital downloads
• Imperfect Treasures, including items sold at a discount due to disclosed minor cosmetic imperfections or printing errors
• Clearance, Seasonal or limited-release collections
• Gift cards

Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches, we are unable to accept returns on these items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your return has been received and inspected.
